It’s a new phase in the Third Floor journey as we join forces with one of the region’s most exciting brand agencies.

We’re thrilled to announce that Third Floor Design has recently been acquired by Mighty, a highly experienced brand agency. All of our team will transition with the business, while our founder James leaves to concentrate on &SONS, the thriving clothing business he co-founded in 2016.

For our clients, nothing has changed in the immediate sense. We’ll still be providing the same quality work and consultancy you’ve come to expect from Third Floor.

However, by joining with Mighty, we’re able to offer so much more – from digital advertising and more complex web design to communications expertise and an even stronger foundation in brand strategy.

Mighty’s ethos, passion and approach to brand and design is completely in sync with ours. They’ve worked in a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, manufacturing, professional services, public sector, education, and live events. Straight away, we knew that our teams would be the perfect fit.

Moving forward, we’ll still be known as Third Floor, but we’ll have a stronger, wider team to be able to draw from. We’re really excited about what the future holds, and we’re looking forward to seeing what our combined forces can achieve.
